Online Shopping 150x150 Online Shopping Deals of SummerI admit I am a recent convert to online shopping; I used to worry about purchasing an item without personally inspecting its quality.  Thankfully, I have seen the error of my ways; the products I order over the internet never disappoint me and the online shopping deals I find are unparalleled.

The best bargains I find are for electronic deals. My most recent acquisition was the amazing Mark Feldstein Set of 2 Indoor/Outdoor Wireless Speakers! They have bass boost and broadcast wirelessly up to 150 feet, which is perfect when I am hosting party and people are wandering from the house to the backyard.
These speakers are definitely my favorite new toy. I love music and sharing it with others. Since I live near the beach, I frequently entertain out-of-town friends at my home during these warm weather months, and I love that I can provide our evenings with a soundtrack.

I also do PR for a band and the audio system allows me to shamelessly but tastefully promote their music and share my interests with others. By taking advantage of online shopping deals, I am able to afford my hobbies. Nurturing my passions fuels my lust for life, which I find more valuable than any material object.

    unidendect 1 1 Mo’ Smart Phones, Mo’ ProblemsPerhaps you are sick of hearing about it so I’ll only discuss it here this once. If the plight of Congressman Anthony Weiner has taught me anything it’s that phones with cameras and full internet access are a really good way to get yourself in a mountain of trouble. Honestly, it is almost enough to get me to throw my Smart Phone out a window. (More like dumb decision phone if you ask me, you should see these texts I keep drunkenly sending to my ex.) Obviously I can not do anything so drastic until I fit my home with a new land line.

      Weather Updates In The Palm Of Your Hand

      It used to be if I was concerned about the weather I would go to some local news coverage around 5pm in the evening. I would sit through whatever grizzly awfulness happened that day. I would watch as the anchors awkwardly made small talk. Then I would sit patiently through people talking about gossipy junk that had no real baring on my life at all. The sports reporter would come on and discuss some events that I had no vested interest in and I would fight my way through that. Finally we would get the 5 day weather forecast. I would get an idea if the barbecue we had planned in a few days was in danger of being rained on, I would know how much sunblock I needed to bring to that concert.
